All orders are processed in Handlining within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) After Handlining orders are shipped to Destination within 7-14  business days. Once shipped there may be delays due to COVID and post services. potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our  control.,  after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free delivery all over the United Kingdom. We  Also offer international shipping, Calculated shipping charges will be displayed at check out.



Return Policy:

We do our very best to provide quality products you will love in your home. We want our customers to be completely happy with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your merchandise and we will be happy to find a solution. We will replace, mend or return for a full refund. 

 

Please return all items in new condition, unused or damaged within 14 days with a recommended tracking .

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow the handlining time in order to receive tracking for to become available.
